1. Flight Cancellations
Flight cancellation policies are governed by the respective airline's terms:
- Before departure: Cancellation fees vary by airline and fare type
- Non-refundable tickets: Some promotional fares may be non-refundable
- Airline-initiated cancellations: Full refund will be processed to the original payment method
- No-show: No refund is applicable for no-show passengers
2. Holiday Package Cancellations

3. Refund Process

- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing time may take an additional 5–7 business days
4. Service Fees
TheBookFlight's convenience/service fee is non-refundable in all cases. This fee covers the platform service, AI fare-lock technology, and customer support provided during the booking process.
5. Modifications
Date changes and modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges from the airline or hotel. Contact our support team for modification requests.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, cancellation and refund policies may be adjusted. We will work with airlines and service providers to ensure the best possible outcome for affected travelers.
