Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in flight booking operations and ensure accurate ticketing checks
  • Coordinate with vendors/airlines for confirmations, schedule changes, cancellations
  • Support customers via calls/WhatsApp/email with booking updates
  • Verify PNR status, fare rules, passenger details, travel timelines
  • Maintain trackers and daily reporting (Google Sheets/CRM)
  • Escalate critical issues to the team lead with proper documentation

Eligibility & Requirements

✓ Must Have

  • Graduation completed (any stream)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets/Excel, email, web tools)
  • Good communication in Hindi; basic English is helpful
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Willing to work on-site in Patna

★ Good to Have

  • Prior experience in operations/customer support (any industry)
  • Understanding of ticketing, PNR, airline processes (not mandatory)
  • Experience using CRM or helpdesk tools

Internship → Conversion Path

  • Internship duration: 3 months
  • Stipend: ₹15,000/month
  • Evaluation: Attendance, learning speed, SOP adherence, accuracy, communication
  • Conversion: Based on performance during internship + interview feedback
