1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TheBookFlight (thebookflight.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
TheBookFlight provides online flight booking, holiday package reservations, and travel-related services. We act as an intermediary between travelers and airlines/service providers. Bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the respective airline or service provider.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate and complete information.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
- Prices include applicable taxes and fees as shown at checkout
- AI-locked fares are guaranteed for the stated duration only
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings if pricing errors occur
5. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email with your e-ticket or itinerary. Booking reference numbers are provided for all confirmed reservations.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by airline and service provider. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed information. Service fees charged by TheBookFlight may be non-refundable.
7. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate travel document information (passport, visa, etc.)
- Arrive at airports/hotels on time as per your itinerary
- Comply with airline and hotel rules and regulations
- Ensure valid travel documents for international travel
- Not use the platform for any unlawful purposes
8. Limitation of Liability
TheBookFlight acts as an intermediary and is not liable for services provided by airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers. We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations by airlines, natural disasters, or any force majeure events.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on TheBookFlight, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by TheBookFlight Online Private Limited and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
