For a booking made with TheBookFlight, contact our support team with your booking reference to request cancellation. Ask for the applicable airline charges and refund amount before confirming the request. A cancellation request is not a completed cancellation.

Refund timing depends on the booking status, airline processing and payment provider. Contact TheBookFlight for the current status and, when available, the refund reference. Do not assume that a failed booking or cancellation request means a refund has already been processed.

Use the operating airline website or app with your airline PNR and passenger name. Check its opening and closing times for your route; online check-in availability and airport document checks can vary.

Check the allowance shown for each flight in your ticket and the operating airline rules. Cabin and checked baggage can vary by airline, route and fare. Confirm the weight, dimensions and number of bags before travel.

Contact TheBookFlight with your booking reference and preferred new date. Availability, fare difference and change fees must be checked before a change can be confirmed. Keep using the original itinerary until a revised ticket is issued.

Check the operating airline and airport document requirements for your journey. Domestic and international requirements differ; do not rely on a domestic photo ID for international travel. Carry the required original identification and relevant passport, visa or transit documents.

Follow the operating airline guidance for your departure airport and route, including check-in, baggage-drop and boarding deadlines. Allow additional time for document checks, security and airport congestion.
