Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find my booking reference number?

Your booking reference is in the confirmation email and SMS sent after booking. It is a unique alphanumeric code assigned by TheBookFlight. The airline PNR (separate 6-character code) is also included. Check your email inbox and spam folder for the confirmation.

Can I change the passenger name on my booking?

Minor name corrections (spelling errors) can usually be done by contacting TheBookFlight support. However, transferring a ticket to a different person is generally not allowed by airlines. Contact support early for name correction requests.

How do I download my e-ticket?

Go to /my-booking, enter your booking reference or email, and click Download E-Ticket. The e-ticket is a PDF with your flight details, PNR, and passenger information. You can also find the e-ticket link in your booking confirmation email.

Can I add extra baggage after booking?

Yes, you can add extra baggage through the airline website using your PNR (Manage Booking section) or by contacting TheBookFlight support. Pre-booking is recommended as airport counter charges are significantly higher.

How do I contact support for my booking?

You can reach TheBookFlight support via WhatsApp (fastest), the contact form at /contact-us, email, or phone. Have your booking reference or PNR ready for faster assistance.

Why is my booking showing a different PNR than what I received?

You may have two different reference numbers — a TheBookFlight booking reference and an airline PNR. The airline PNR is needed for web check-in and airport use. Both are included in your booking confirmation. Contact support if you cannot find either.
