My booking status shows "Processing" — is it confirmed?

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

I didn't receive my e-ticket — what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, use the "My Bookings" lookup with your email and PNR to view and download your ticket. You can also contact us for a resend.
