Career Application Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance

By submitting this career application form and paying the assessment fee of ₹149, you ("Applicant") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") with TBF Online Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", "TheBookFlight").

2. Assessment Fee

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. The assessment fee of ₹149 is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
2. This fee covers application processing, document verification, and assessment costs only.
3. Payment of this fee does NOT guarantee employment, job offer, interview call, or selection.
4. The fee is payable regardless of the application outcome (selected/rejected/pending).
5. No refund will be issued even if you withdraw your application after payment.

3. No Guarantee of Employment

You explicitly acknowledge that:

• Your application will be reviewed at the sole discretion of the Company.
• The Company has ABSOLUTE RIGHT to accept or reject any application without providing reasons.
• Selection is based on merit, requirements, and internal assessment criteria determined solely by the Company.
• The Company may decide NOT to fill the position even after collecting applications.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the recruitment process at any time.

4. Application Process & Timeline

4.1 Document Verification

All documents uploaded (Aadhaar, PAN, Educational Certificates, Experience Letters, Salary Slips, etc.) will be verified by the Company. You warrant that:

• All information provided is TRUE, ACCURATE, and COMPLETE.
• All uploaded documents are genuine and not forged, manipulated, or falsified.
• You have the legal right to share the uploaded documents.
• You authorize the Company to verify your credentials with relevant authorities/institutions.

4.2 Application Timeline

• Last Date: 30 April 2026 (as mentioned in job posting)
• Shortlisting: At the Company's discretion, no fixed timeline guaranteed
• Interview Calls: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
• Final Results: The Company will notify selected candidates only

Note: If you do not receive communication from us, it means your application was not shortlisted. The Company is NOT obligated to inform rejected candidates individually.

5. Company's Absolute Rights & Discretion

TBF Online Private Limited reserves the UNCONDITIONAL and ABSOLUTE right to:

1. Reject Applications: Reject any application without assigning reasons or providing feedback.
2. Modify Process: Change the selection process, assessment criteria, job requirements, or timeline at any time.
3. Cancel Recruitment: Cancel the entire recruitment drive without liability to applicants.
4. Postpone Selection: Delay the selection process indefinitely based on business needs.
5. Verify Background: Conduct background checks, police verification, or reference checks as deemed necessary.
6. Request Additional Info: Request additional documents, certifications, or attend multiple interview rounds.
7. Disqualify Applicants: Disqualify candidates found providing false information at any stage.
8. Withhold Reasons: Not disclose reasons for rejection or non-selection of any candidate.
9. Change Job Terms: Modify job location, salary, designation, or responsibilities before or after offer.
10. Withdraw Offers: Withdraw job offers even after selection if discrepancies are found.

6. Data Usage & Privacy Consent

By submitting this application, you grant TBF Online Private Limited:

• Data Collection: Right to collect, store, and process all personal information provided.
• Document Storage: Right to retain uploaded documents for verification and record-keeping.
• Background Verification: Permission to verify your credentials with educational institutions, previous employers, and authorities.
• Communication: Right to contact you via phone, email, or other means for recruitment purposes.
• Data Retention: Right to retain your data for up to 2 years for future opportunities.

The Company will handle your data as per applicable data protection laws and internal privacy policies.

7. Consequences of False Information

If the Company discovers that you have provided false information or forged documents:

• Your application will be IMMEDIATELY REJECTED.
• Your assessment fee will NOT BE REFUNDED.
• You will be PERMANENTLY BLACKLISTED from future opportunities with TBF Group companies.
• If employed, your employment will be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY without notice or compensation.
• The Company reserves the right to initiate LEGAL PROCEEDINGS against you.
• You may be liable for DAMAGES AND PROSECUTION under applicable laws.

8. Applicant's Responsibilities

You agree to:

1. Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in the application form.
2. Upload clear, legible copies of all required documents within the specified file size limits (8MB max).
3. Check your email and phone regularly for communications from the Company.
4. Respond to the Company's communications within the specified timeframe.
5. Attend interviews (if called) at the specified location and time at your own expense.
6. Maintain confidentiality of any information shared during the selection process.
7. Not engage in any malpractice, fraud, or unethical conduct during the application process.
8. Inform the Company immediately if you wish to withdraw your application.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall NOT be liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the Applicant during the application or selection process.
• Travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any other expenses related to attending interviews.
• Technical errors, system failures, or delays in processing applications.
• Non-receipt of emails or communications due to spam filters or technical issues.
• Any claims arising from rejection, non-selection, or delay in the recruitment process.
• Decisions made based on assessment results or interview performance.

Maximum Liability: In any event, the Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the assessment fee amount of ₹149 paid by you.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar only.

10.2 Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute, the decision of TBF Online Private Limited shall be FINAL and BINDING. The Applicant waives the right to legal proceedings except as permitted by the Company.

10.3 Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the arbitration seated in Patna, Bihar.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the career application.

11.2 Amendments: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

11.3 Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

11.4 Waiver: Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

11.5 Assignment: You cannot transfer or assign your rights under this Agreement.
