All Indian airlines are required by DGCA to provide wheelchair assistance at no extra charge. This includes wheelchair, escort through security, boarding, and deplaning.
How to Request
- During booking: Select "wheelchair assistance" or "special assistance" when booking your ticket
- After booking: Call airline customer care at least 48 hours before departure
- At airport: Go to the airline counter and request wheelchair (may have a wait)
