Key Responsibilities

• Handle international flight queries, itinerary planning, and consultation

Eligibility & Requirements

✓ Must Have

• Graduation completed (any stream)
• 3+ years international travel booking experience (mandatory)
• Strong English communication (spoken + written)
• Hands-on knowledge of fare rules, reissue/refund handling, airline policies
• Willing to work on-site in Patna

★ Good to Have

• Experience with GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) or equivalent systems
• Strong negotiation skill and supplier network familiarity
• Experience handling high-ticket customers and time-sensitive escalations

• Freshers / non-international booking profiles
• Candidates who cannot work from Patna (on-site)

Internship → Conversion Path

• Internship duration: 3 months
• Stipend: ₹15,000/month

• Conversion: Strict evaluation + interview; only market-ready candidates

Selection Process
